These are without a doubt, one of the best scones in SG! โ˜๐ŸปNestled above the hectic office crowd in One Raffles Place, Humble Bakery is a little gem ๐Ÿ’Ž that totally surprised us with how good their scones were ๐Ÿ™‚โ€โ†•๏ธ

Humble Bakery prides themselves on their mochi scones - and itโ€™s no wonder that this is one of their bestsellers. This scone had a delightfully chewy mochi wrapped by a smooth taro paste and encased in their original scone pastry ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ The subtle sweetness from the yam paired well with the mochi, and made the scone not too dry. Just look at the mochi pull! ๐Ÿคฉ

This is our third time getting this flavour because we absolutely loved it. This was a great balance between savoury from the parmesan cheese and sweetness from the callebaut white chocolate. ๐Ÿซ Crispy on the outside, yet soft, fluffy and moist on the inside, the texture of their scones were also on point! ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

Humble Bakery may be unassuming, but their scones are definitely worth a try. Many have said their indoor seating area is pleasant, and provides a brief respite from the hustle and bustle of the CBD. They are definitely our go to when weโ€™re craving scones!

($4.20) I managed to buy their scone from last year's taka booth. hmmm it's kinda hard for me but then still not that bad with red bean filling inside. But it's not best to reheat since the scone usually dry and hard texture so it better to eat on the day on itself.

With good coffee and desserts, Humble Bakery is one place to come for when you are in the CBD area!

For coffee we had the Iced Mocha ($6) and it was stellar. With strong aromatic coffee and good quality dark chocolate, this mocha wasn't too sweet and it tasted decadent! It was a big cup as well and we thoroughly enjoyed the drink.

For desserts we had the Injeolmi Crumble Cake ($8) and the Brownie ($4). The Brownie wasn't much to shout out about, but the Injeolmi Crumble cake was so good! Soft moist cake was stuffed full of injeolmi cream that was not too sweet and had a good soy bean flavour. It was comes with a tteok within, which had a wonderful chewy texture. Very lovely cake!

Can't wait to be back! I'm already missing the mocha ๐Ÿ˜

Was drawn to this scone because it contains a piece of brown sugar mochi! The scone is buttery and crumbly with a strong matcha taste while the red bean is super natural and earthy. Personally preferred the taro mochi one but this was really nice too.
