Crunchy from deep frying but loses it in a few minutes

The chives were not too strong, overall it's fine

Overall the Cong you bing is worth a try if you're in the area, the rest range from decent to pedestrian

Filling was somewhat mushy, there's some soup, the skin was okay

Overall it's passable, I have high standards for xlb so I'm not the best person to trust for this

Absolute failure as a Dan Dan main

If you judge it by its own merits, it's not particularly good either. There's a strong sourness which is out of balance, and the noodles didn't have a good bite

Avoid

It's fried till crunchy(the crunch does dissipate somewhat quickly tho), and contains both pork and spring onions

The spring onion wasn't particularly fragrant but it's there, and the mushy pork actl worked well w the crispiness of the dough

But it's v hot, it's served immediately after being fried and I scalded my tongue on it

Overall it's not bad
