今天古典小說課終於上了《紅樓夢》！而且會連續上三週的課耶！終於等到你惹😍 /開薰轉圈/ 同學呈現《席方平》思考題也非常有意思。我們討論了古代復仇觀的現代意義以及佛家思想中的因果。到最後，我對於以暴制暴，以其人之道還治其人很大程度上還是不敢苟同的🙈 我提起了小燈泡案件後，有一些同學覺得受害者母親太聖母了。但我認真覺得這是一種超脫凡夫俗子的智慧和大愛啊❤️ 為什麽就不能帶著「真善美」去看待這個不完美的世界呢？對於同學提出的廢死議題，老師也提出了人道主義氾濫的觀點。有同學也提出了同態復仇的觀點。我認為不一定要把世界看得那麼黑暗，因為把它看得那麼黑，它也不會變得比較光明。
不如換個角度換個心情去面對，活得更好便是最好的「復仇」了～ #泡在方塊裡的小確幸

Definitely gonna get my well-deserved rest before i get the rest of my work done and continue to revise for my french quiz next week!!! 💪🏻 It's kinda mind-boggling to know that there isn't a french word for 70 so its 60+10, 80 is 4x20 and 99 is 4x20+10+9. And they read their telephone numbers in pairs when single digits are so much easier to read🤔 Oh and croissant is a masculine noun 🤣 But it's okay, Ça va bien 🌟

Found this surprising little treat while strolling Foodie Festival at Hougang Mall today. Real coconut filling (with the bits, yes!) rolled in a moist and fluffy bed of pandan chiffon cake, with an unmistakable fragrance of pandan and coconut milk. The result is a delicious, homely local dessert. We would want to have this anytime, again and again.

The festival will stick around til 27 July (only!!) so be sure to try this out at My Little Baking Hut before the fest is over!
