Throughly enjoyed the simple Hoshino Spaghetti with eggplant, bacon, shimeiji and sausage! Weβre guessing the bacon fats added to the flavour of the spaghetti because it was tastier than the seafood aglio olio.

Omu Rice & Angus Beef Steak with Salad SGD18.80
Hoshino Angus Beef Steak with Toast ($21.80) accompanied with Hoshino's specialty hand-drip coffee ($6) is the best weekday brunch. π Requested for medium doneness for the steak for the juicy bite and right tenderness. Let the slight crisp and fluffy bread soak up all that the gravy and essence of that beef juice, it is real yummy. And to all coffee addicts: get to enjoy refill of these premium coffee for just half of the price. π
Dreams do come true when I can have Omelette Rice with Angus Beef Steak plated with a beautiful circle of salad. π Just that the chef got too excited and made our food a little overcooked. Accidents do happen too. π
Double Strawberry Souffle Pancakes with Maple Syrup ($17.80) is the seasonal pancake dessert now at Hoshino Coffee (@hoshinocoffeesg). Spread the smooth homemade whipped cream over the freshly baked fluffy pancakes, π and drizzle as much maple syrup desired to complement the sweet-sourish strawberries. Just that I wished for a bigger dollop of vanilla ice cream. π
Food is not bad.
But service not up to standard of a Japanese restaurant.
Only had these few pics as the man and boys were too hungry.
