Hock Leng Satay Bee Hoon (Old Airport Road)

Priced at $4/$5 a plate, this plate of Satay Beehoon ($4) is possibly one of the spiciest Satay Beehoon that I have tried, probably due to the fact that this is also one of the only hawker stalls that you can find selling Lok Lok here! Ingredients and sauce are aplenty and slurp-worthy, but remember to gush the spiciness down with a drink after that!

And only open in the evenings.

Known for their "lok lok", similar to steamboat except the ingredients come in sticks. I reckon satay beehoon is somewhat like a side dish as most customers does the "lok lok".

Love how simple this is. Boiled beehoon and totally drenched with peanutty satay sauce. Slurpworthy!
