[CLOSED] Hive by Wala Wala

Eat well, drink well and listen to excellent live music at Wala Wala's new venture. Located at Furama Riverfront, the sprawling space (it seats over 400 people indoors and outdoors) has a more extensive food menu than its original Holland Village outpost, with a lot more local favourites thrown in the mix. Try the luscious Claypot Mac & Cheese ($8) and moreish Chicken Wings with Courvoisier XO Sauce ($15), and pair that with a pint of Asahi Jukusen Premium Lager ($14). The space also includes a bottle shop, a bakery and deli, and a cigar room. Their website is still under resconstruction, so visit their Facebook page for the latest gig schedule and promotions.

Damn awesome lah. Duck meat is tender and juicy, quite easily off the bone, skin was done really well; but the star was the noodles! Springy, well made and definitely well cooked. This interesting hideout located at level one of Furama Riverfront, can easily seat up to 400 pax - indoor and outdoor seating.

Unlike the outlet in Holland Village, here you'll find both local and western dishes: Two Meat Platter ($20), Pork Loin with Red Wine Sauce ($15) and the most interesting Claypot Mac & Cheese ($8). Loads of bacon mixed in with creamy mac&cheese, a comfort food indeed!

I now have a new place to fill my belly, get tipsy and listen to live music—Hive by Wala Wala is now open at Furama Riverfront serving up Western and local dishes. What I love most is that the place can seat up to 400 people between alfresco, indoor seating and private rooms making it a comfy place to soak in the live vibes.
Hive sells a range of their own merchandise too and it's great to see that they donate 10% of all proceeds to Make A Wish Singapore. So if you're looking for a place to hang out with friends for a meal and drinks, definitely check out Hive!
