Read that they have been opened here at bmfc for the past 40 years, wow.
There fried pork was great, the sauce is of a lighter color and not as dark as XinMeiXiang.
This is still a good bowl of lor mee, the fried pork really won me over.
Not expensive also, avaliable at $3.50 & $4.50
The special fried pork belly - the pork belly was not exactly extremely crispy, but it complemented the gravy-coated yellow noodles really well! The thick gravy and crunchy meat was a heavenly combination!

This variation from the Bendemeer Food Centre comes with fried pork pieces as opposed to fried fish. It is still equally good and sinful though. For extra goodness, I added more pork which will bump the price up to $4. Still worth it in my opinion. The fried pork bits really give it a nice crunchy texture, although I'm not really a fan of the wanton they gave and would have preferred ngor hiang instead. Queues can get long, and service is less than stellar (as with stalls that get lots of business). Should go early if you want a bowl as they usually close before 12pm.
Sells at $2.50/$3 a bowl, the Lor Mee ($2.50) here are usually sold out before noon. It is rather justifiable despite the nonexistent queue as each bowl gets served very quickly. The gravy is less starchy, but is flavourful and the noodles are able to soak the flavor into the gravy. Ingredients are aplenty here, such as fried wanton, ngoh hiang, half a boiled egg, and chicken meat!
