kimchi pancake not so, especially if you’re preference is the crispier kind as this version was the softer and nua kind
- Beef chunks were juicy and fell apart easily, reminiscent of beef cheeks, my fav dish 🥩
- Potatoes were fork-tender and creamy soft when bitten into it!
- Soup had kimchi and was a bit spicier than above.
- So generous with large variety of ingredients — fresh scallops, abalones, chewy octopus, tteokbokki, mussels, tiger prawns and ribbon fish but be careful of the bones 🐟
- Soup was mildly spicy and tangy, infused with seafood flavours!
- I loved the bottom layer of charred rice!
- Chicken was well-seasoned, pairing well with the vegetables which had a sesame oil fragrance.
- My first time trying and surprisingly enjoyed it 💗
- Very creamy and savoury rich, every grain soaking up the broth till soft, so comforting!
- Not fishy at all, sliced abalone had a chewiness like mushrooms.
- Pork belly slices and beef ribeye were easy to chew and flavourful in slightly sweet marinade.
- Pair with stretchy mozzarella cheese and kimchi, then wrap in lettuce for the best bite 😋
