For the fun of having a popiah party without the hassle of prep and cleaning up, have a go @goodchancerestaurant . The stewed radish quantity was generous along with the other usual toppings. However, with each popiah working out to be $3+ and missing some luxe ingredients like chinese sausage and shrimps (which are available with additional charges) this popiah didn’t really manage to satiate my craving. The restaurant had a few good dishes but exuded a rather touristy vibe.

Fried baby squid that I find slightly tough to bite through and swallow. Taste wise is on the sweet and savoury side due to the caramelized with gold kumquat sauce.

Do not underestimate the attractiveness of this crispy white bait. It is addictive, crackling and will make you want more! 👍🏻

One of Good Chance Heritage Signature Dish. Soup broth is good with fish head, cabbage, yam in the soup. 😋
