I quite enjoyed the 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶 ($14) on the happy hour menu at the No. 25 Best Bar in Asia. Expectedly strong but also crisply coloured with a pear sweetness. It smoothly glid down, leaving behind a trace of sensually spiced bitterness.

I usually have my gin straight up on the rock with probably a tiny bit of tonic water as I love the taste of gin itself. 👍🏻
Oyster happy hour 5-8PM daily, & all night long on Tuesday! $2-3 a pop, usually $6-7 each.
These took a while to come because they were so busy, but no matter because the bartenders Rhyse & Roger are so entertaining & friendly. Didn't mind the wait (& great cocktails) at all!
