Causal dining place inside Amoy Hotel. The eatery was well decorated, lots of instagramable props around. The pricing for the food was rather reasonable as well. Some of the dishes were a bit too salty. But overall, makes a good casual dining for those who wants a taste of thailand.

Overall, food was expensive and not value for money; would not return. Service-wise, started off okay but halfway through our meal it seemed like there was some technical error on their web ordering platform which led to the servers walking around confusedly with dishes trying to find the table that ordered them. I was also told not to scan other tables' QR codes or use the QR code from a previous visit when served my drink. Amusing!

Matchsticks WIngs ($11.90 for 10pcs) - Crispy and delicious, and the fried garlic adorning the plate also went so well with the chicken. Only thing is, it's really just 5 chicken wings...

Cigar-style Popiah w/ Wings ($9.90 for 10pcs) - Expected more from this but the prawn paste filling was pretty tasteless.

Tomyum Soup ($16.90 for chicken) - Soup was really damn good, wish there was more! But almost a third of the volume was taken up by the herbs.

Crispy Tamarind Fish ($39.90) - Amazing presentation, fish fillets were also beautifully crisp and delicious, especially with the sweet-tangy tamarind sauce. The star of the dinner.

Claypot Prawn Glass Noodles ($26.90) - We wowed at the 4 huge prawns atop the dish, but ultimately let down by the glass noodles. Zero notes of garlic, pepper, or prawns from the noodles.

Pad Thai ($14.90) - Pretty meh, had the sweet tomato-ish taste that you would get from those stores filled with Western tourists...

Kai Lan w/ Oyster Sauce ($12.90) - Average.

Red Ruby ($9.90) - Refreshing and good. Decent amount of red rubies and coconut shreds. Lots of ice though.

Thai Green Milk Tea ($4.50) - Tasted more milk than tea. Portion was also soooo little, I could have finished the entire glass in two gulps.

Steamed Coconut Pudding (u.p. $9.90 for 5 pcs) - they were having a promo where if you left a review, the table could receive one complimentary set but didn't state how many. We were a table of 5, I showed them a 4-star review, and they gave 4 puddings. Amusing!

Fresh mangoes are sweet; glutinous rice is soft with hint of pandan taste, topped with crispy mung beans which give a tinge of saltiness; coconut milk is thick & fragrant..

Papaya salad tossed with tomatoes, fermented salty crab & Thai anchovy in chilli lemon dressing; ingredients are fresh & crunchy; opted for Level 2 spiciness which came in moderate spicy kick & mild salty..

Grilled pork skewers is tender & well-marinated with hint of lemongrass taste; smoky but no gamey taste; came with soft plain glutinous rice..

Rice grains are infused with curry & pineapple taste; love that it's soft but not mushy; tossed with fresh pineapple cubes & raisins which give the sweet & sour taste; topped with cashew nuts & pork floss; add on prawn which are big, fresh, firm & crunchy; 1 of the better pineapple fried rice I've tried..
