Squid ink infused rice is firm with a soft bite; crispy squid is thinly battered & not greasy; ikura is fresh; coriander aioli is thick & creamy, mild coriander taste; burnt lime added zest & balance out the taste; pickled chilli is mildly sour but not spicy; best for sharing..
