I almost couldn’t differentiate the Impossible patty with a beef patty as the colour, texture and charred flavour mimics the real thing. The Impossible Cheese Burger ($18) comes with a Carbolite chia seed bun sandwiched between the grilled Impossible patty with melted aged cheddar, fresh arugula and tomato with a smoked chipotle sauce.

House blend beef patties using chilled Australian chunk tender with fried egg, turkey bacon, melted aged cheddar and bbq sauce sandwiched between sesame buns. The beef patty is very juicy and tasted good with the assorted ingredients. 😋
