The lobster is properly supple, chunky and sweet, but I'm just over brioche and the roll based presentation in general. Could we start like a lobster bowl trend now? Lobster don, lobster on pancakes, anything...

Coarsely ground, heavily spiced, as subtle as a flying kick - you either like it or you don't. I quite liked it.

Boulud's charcuterie booth! Staff recommended the Pâté Grand-mère ($15) which was mainly made of chicken liver + pork jowl. It was actually my first time trying pâté! One word: rich. Full chicken liver flavor, went well w toast and mustard grains. Could get used to this for breakfast/tea 😌

Classic avocado on pumpernickel toast and a Well done poached egg yolkporn oozing out cutting into it !
I'm sure it will be nice to have it again in bread street kitchen Singapore as well during the weekends

sky on 57 Beef and uni butter, mozza classic margherita pizza, shuck oysters, monkfish cheek and many more ! so much great food and wine all around here ! can't wait to be back here again !
