Korean chicken drenched in soy garlic sauce
.
Not as crispy as I thought it would be.
Enchanted Cafe also served a decent beef pie. My only qualm was that the baked cheese crust turned out soggy as the pie had been kept in a food warmer the entire afternoon. Other than that, the minced beef was nicely marinated and the mash smooth!
Refreshing, especially for such Hot Weather we having recently.
Bandung was thick and milky.
Witch sleeping spell is a roselle flavoured unsweetened Tea.
Simple finger Food.
Strong flavours.
Enchanted Cafe kinda reminds me of Mr Bean's Cafe (which I think closed down a couple of years ago). Both are open 24/7 and serve casual cafe fare at great affordable prices, perfect if you are burning the late night candles.
For their Korean Bites, you get fried chicken chunks stir-fried in either a sweet soy garlic sauce or a spicy gochuhang sauce. The sauces are tasty and the chicken chunks remained crispy even though they were not prepared on the spot at the kiosk.
I have been meaning to check them out but never did. So maybe I should!
Chicken Pie (S$5)
Just nice to use the $5 voucher from Burpple beyond goodies bag at the Burpple Food Street.
