Hands down to the chef that’s in charge of cooking the beautiful piece of wagyu for me. Rating 10/10
Melt in my mouth I literally wanted to cry because it’s so delicious 🤤 no black pepper or mushrooms sauce need man. It’s just the juice from the meat. Omg im literally drooling just thinking about this.

All i did was close my eyes and enjoy and savour the moment. I can’t wait to come back. Definitely my favourite. Oh definitely the best.
Pan-roasted Toothfish ($28++): 8/10
This came with flower clams and the scallion clam sauce was super umami. The toothfish was also flaky and well-cooked
Charcoal-grilled Argentine Angus Ribeye ($28++): 8.5/10
Left the BEST for the last - @elfuegosg nailed the texture and seasoning for this ribeye. It came perfectly medium rare and wasn’t too chewy or tough. The Forest Mushroom Ragout on the side was also creamy without being too heavy on the palate. 💯 Nothing much to shout about for the Watercress Horseradish Salad though, but it provided a nice refreshing touch amidst all the beefy goodness!! DEFO a must get.
Steak Fries ($8++): 7/10
The fries were perfectly crisp with a good amount of potato within, but I felt it was under-seasoned. Thankfully, there was some chilli sauce on the side. 🙃
