Hokkaido Jersey Milk Soft Ice Cream
Gouda & Cream Cheese Soft Ice Cream
Milk Cheesecake
Salt & Camembert Cookie

Soft serve flavors came in 3 options - milk, cheese, or twist. I got my $8.50 soft serve in cow cow cheese, topped with a slice of cheesecake and 2 cookies! (Supposedly one but there was a promotion YAY)

Definitely a soft serve of quality, it’s creamy, velvety texture, a taste that is unforgettable and one that you’d wish you could keep on your tongue forever 😍 it’s sweet, milky flavour complemented so well with the slight savory element contributed by the cheeses. 🧀

Cheesecake was a small but substantial piece, just enough for the given amount of ice cream. The cookie flavors were - Salt & Camembert and Porcini & Gouda. Needless to say, they were delightful yummy.

In essence, I loved every single bit of this dessert and it would definitely be a lovely treat for me. 🥰💛

Milk and cheese flavored ice cream was soooooo good, especially if you like creamy stuff. The cheesecake had this crunchy cheesy layer inside which is uniquely tasty. Needless to say anything about the cheese cookie. Worth the $8.50!

the soft serve tasted very true to japanese cheesecake and so was the accompanying biscuit good! but I didn’t quite like the actual cheesecake on it; the soft serve tasted much more like cheesecake than the cheesecake itself. there was also an option to change the cheesecake to a matcha flavoured one at a premium of $1.50 but that makes the whole thing $10. would you pay $10 for a sundae? no go for me. that is roughly an hour’s pay!

This definitely makes your money worth. At $8.50, you get a choice of soft serve + slice of cheesecake + salt camembert cookie. Definitely go for the mix swirl so that it doesn’t get too jelat before your finish it. It can be a bit too much to finish the soft serve and cheesecake, so definitely share this! Matcha cheese cake had just enough matcha flavour 😋

Double the indulgence this weekend with Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory's Cow Cow Twist Sundae in hand and up the sinfulness with their Matcha Milk Cheesecake ($10). A good way to get your dose of calcium, the swirl featured a mix of soft Hokkaido Jersey Milk and Gouda Cheese & Cream Cheese. Paired alongside, the sizable wedge of cheesecake was made using a blend of Uji Matcha, Mascarpone and cream cheese layered with fresh cream and Hokkaido milk mousse. Catered to the cheese fans, the combination was in truth, too overwhelming for me but the light earthy flavour of matcha was a nice touch as it was able to balance out some of the milky overtones.

The biscuit is as good as it is famous. Really simple but works perfectly. The cheese ice cream was cheesy enough, however there's this bitter aftertaste at the end after a while. On the other hand, the cheesecake was reasonably soft and flavourful but the portion was slightly disappointing.

Jersey milky soft-serve, cream cheese and Gouda cheese from Hokkaido with their famous cheese cookies.
I’m a fan of soft-serve, so highly recommend if you love premium vanilla ice cream with cheese! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Matchaholics rejoice! 💚 Adding on to the current existing range of cakes available, this matcha double layer cheesecake is made from Kyoto Uji matcha for its matcha cheesecake layer and topped with even more uji matcha powder✨. Along with a base of cream cheesecake made using cream cheese from Hokkaido & France, the cake is enveloped in a thin paper-like crepe. The cheesecake was smooth and creamy, with a distinctive earthy note in the matcha layer coupled with a subtle pleasant earthy bitter undertone from the addition of the matcha powder. Answering to the typical query that I have been constantly asked on, letao or Tokyo milk cheese? Personally I would prefer this version as the matcha flavour was more distinct but of course, the texture at letao is generally softer and more fluffy as compared to the one here which is more creamy and dense. Along with a salt&camembert cheese cookie, the sundae comes with your of milk/cheese softserve or simply just opt for the twist if you can’t make up ur mind (which was what I did)! Personally I would prefer the cheese softserve as the milk was a tad too creamy and heavy for my liking .

[PS: Heard that this matcha cheesecake is only available in limited quantities daily for a limited time! Do give it a try if you have yet to, soon!] .
