Pico de Gallo is the name of the dip, which mainly comprises diced tomatoes and onions in a slightly sourish sauce containing a whiff of lemon and lime. The starter is served with nachos and you may want to try it as you can only get this unique dip at a Mexican restaurant! That being said, we think their seasoned fries are still the best starter because the fries come in a much larger serving and the chipotle sauce that comes with the fries is a lot more flavourful! ๐
There ain't nothing 'poor' about this scrumptious burrito bowl -- not in the taste, nor the price HAHA. Luckily I had #burpplebeyond to help me with 30% off the ENTIRE MENU, including drinks!
The burrito bowl came with the galbi short rib, which was well-marinated with slightly-sweet Korean spices. The meat itself looked unassuming as it was only about 1-2cm thick and looked like normal braised pork belly. However, the slices were surprisingly tender to bite into!
Also had the Kimchi Carnitas Fries ($19) here again but I've raved about it before so I'll refrain from sounding like a broken record.

โข ribeyes fajita - wide variety of sides to go with your tortilla but the beef was a bit tough :/

Came w pieces of kimchi. It tastes like how it should be. Not up my alley tho - perhaps because Iโm not a huge fan of kimchi. Would just skip this next time.

pls get the kimchi carnitas fries everybody!!! itโs probably the best loaded fries that we had in a long long time. their fries had the perfect texture (slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside) and the flavor is super on point! i really enjoyed the generous amount of kimchi and sour cream which added an additional dimension to the otherwise salty and spicy dish. also, they were really generous with their toppings too. at some point, it felt like there were more pork than fries (though we would had preferred it to be the other way round).
Love the combination of korean and mexican cuisine here. The baja fish tacos and the kimchi fries were the highlights. Their draft beers were great too! Will be back
Galbi short rib taco, baja fish taco, kimchi carnitas fries, and 2 vatosโ ritas (margarita). Came with free plate of corn chips with dips! Portion of alcohol is big, recommend sharing 1 for 2 pax! Love the tacos so much, super packed with flavours and was really fusion done right. Portion of fries were huge as well, was struggling to finish it for 2 pax. High price point but worth trying with discounts from Burpple or Chope!
