It actually looks like a very simple dish but I really liked it. The garlic taste isn’t overpowering. You can eat it by itself
I find this really pleasing! Taste is subtly sweet, perfect to counter all the savoury dishes
was quite disappointed as I was expecting a different taste (lol the normal PH siew mai). Nonetheless, taste is ok, very similar to the shrimp & pork dumpling, but has thicker wrapper and bigger shrimp
filling is generous, soup is a bit less saltier taste than xlb, wrapper is a bit thicker as well
no-brainer go-to dish here in DTF. Filling to wrapper ratio is perfect. Soup is good and saltiness just right to my liking. I could eat the whole set by myself 😂
