One of the must order dishes at Putien and best paired with Putien’s in house chilli even if you’re not a chilli inclined person. The stir fried dry bee hoon is cooked with lala, pork slices, Chinese vegetables and mushrooms, and topped with peanuts and dried seaweed.

Bouncy prawns with a light soya sauce. The CCF skin was a tad thicker than normal though. Not done by the usual lady chef today.

One of the best places for CCF. Usually the skin is paper thin, depends on who is making it.

Tough choice between white & black. Would have liked to have a bit more chai poh (preserved radish).
