Dean's specialty is this Chinese-style preserved turnip (preserved/salted radish) omelette horfun or better known as chai po horfun. This humble, dish at home is made special when fried with horfun, which i hope they could be more generous with the chai po.
I'm not a fan of chicken but only SG Hainanese steam chicken is my favorite dish.
