A classic dessert that can't go wrong. The sweet mango and chewy sago are a perfect match, and the addition of pomelo gives it a refreshing twist.

The red bean is ground into fine particles, resulting in the smoothest paste you'll ever taste. The sweetness level is just right, and the creaminess of the paste is divine.

The paste is a bit watery, but still gooey and rich in flavour. Surprisingly, the coconut ice cream pairs wonderfully with the black sesame paste, creating a harmonious blend of sweet and nutty flavours.

The yam is incredibly smooth and gooey, with just the right amount of sweetness. Plus, unlike other yam pastes, this one doesn't have the usual oil layer. The only downside is that the gingko nut or lotus seed can give off a slightly bitter taste, but overall, it's a creamy and delicious dessert.

Step back in time with me and let's indulge in some traditional oriental desserts. πŸ•°

Just a heads up for anyone planning to visit here - the telco signal inside the place is pretty weak, so don't expect to have strong or any internet connection while you're there. It might be a good opportunity to disconnect and enjoy your dessert without any distractions though!

Bring along your friends to this new Chinese dessert stall in Tanjong Pagar, as their cold desserts are huge! Their Grass Jelly Ice with Lychee ($7.80) was enormous! Packed with shaved ice, grass jelly bits, mango syrup and Lychee, I think this portion can easily feed 4-5 people. Their shaved ice isn't too sweet, and has a herbal flavour.

We got their Yam Paste with Glutinous Rice Balls ($5.50) and I really loved the rice balls! They were nicely packed with either black sesame or peanut paste and the skin is chewy. However, we did not like the yam paste as it did not taste like it and it got really bitter towards the end.

I would say come for the cold desserts! The Mango Ice is also very big to share!
