you’ll get the best of both worlds, egg lovers. a serving of the sweet tamago paired with custardy onsen egg. the baked chicken was well-seasoned & tender with torched mentaiko. i love mixing everything in and having all of the flavours in a single mouth!
Can taste the hoijicha, just that it's a little milky, rather than those really thick and strong bittersweet hojicha that hojicha lovers like me would be expecting.
The chicken was q soft and tender! It also comes with torched mentaiko sauce and some seaweed as topping. The mentaiko was evident and has a very tiny bit of spice which was pretty good!
Pretty affordable considering it's a huge bowl and the gyoza also came crispy! The beef was slightly chewy at some parts but overall was a comforting bowl.
