Eggs were really fluffy and one can never go wrong with luncheon meat. Comes with chunky broccoli too!

A fast food concept of Crystal Jade serving much standardised smaller scale menu.

For their signature item you could customise or add on. I really like their soy sauce chicken (even though there’s bone with it), the meat just smooth and juicy. $8.80++

Braised pork rice bowl is the most value for money at 9.

Rice is plenty, sauce is tasty, braised pork quality is low but okay for the price. Can order again

Don't order the watercress soup with pork. Pork quality is really bad.

I had to pay an additional $0.50 for spinach noodles and $0.80 for the truffle sauce. It was all right, nothing very special as I was quite taken aback by the small portions. The truffle flavour was very strong but it felt a bit out of place in the context of the bed of spinach noodles.

The portion seemed small because of the bowl it came in. But at the end of the meal I did feel almost full. The chicken was on point, well marinated, soft and tender. The noodles were chewy and not at all soggy. The sauce was really quite 麻 and 辣 which was surprising! I felt that it was even more 麻 than most of the mala's out there. Overall a decent dish and I would definitely consider coming back for my soya sauce chicken noodle fix!
