First experience here. Ordered the Titanic Pot. Was disappointed that it did not come with their signature sauces. But felt so much better to find that the seafood was fresh and that they go well with the typical sauces (sambal, thai and lemon garlic). There were two crabs and a lobster in the mix. The sausages are from a halal supplier. The staff offered to cut up our crabs and lobster at our table. Wonderful service!
Eventually tried it. Hmm... I think it's too oily and plain for my liking. For my opinion, Full of Crabs@east coast road tastes nicer.
Disappointment received after arriving at Crab In Da bag. With the expected amount of crowd would gather in the restaurant. So we decided to arrive 10mins early before our reservation timing which was 8pm. But we stood there foolishly for almost 15mins without any staff that was attentive attending to us or even to inform us about the delays of our reservation.
I sincerely advised them to come up with a dining policy for their restaurant as an improvement for their poor customer service management due to overwhelming crowd hogging on their tables for more than 2hours! Other than that, the food was absolutely fine!
With Summary of our order for 4paxs:
- 2x Boston Lobsters
- 1x Sri Lankan Crab
- 1x Cray Fish
- 1x Tiger Prawns
- 1x Venus Clams
Total bill: $328 ($80 each!)
Not to forget the tiny starters we had, the tiger prawns! With the ultimate curry as the flavorful sauce we ordered. This is too good!
Boston Lobster is one of the most recommended item on the menu. Given the look of it! It might seems small to you, but no! It's humongous! One of the recommended savory sauce would be 'Caboodle Mix'. It's their signature sauce for a reason! 😄
A secret combination of local and Louisiana spices cooked with garlic and unsalted butter, the serving was kinda small for a group of four. Two bags will be highly advised!
