An interesting burger with lots of toppings. However, was kinda disappointing. The pork jowl and pork belly was too fatty, and the Sambal Mayo wasnโ€™t that spicy and slightly gelat. Chilli fries were good though, and big portion!

This dish is really fragrant and so interesting! Itโ€™s pad thai but replaced with sweet potato fries. Actually, it tastes really good and flavorful! Just that, my personal preference is for crispy fries. For this dish, the fries become soft quickly due to mixing with the sauce. Still recommend to give it a try!

The meat for this dish is tender. Overall, a pleasant fish. The taste is light but you can definitely taste the sriracha and lemongrass. Somehow, the combination didnโ€™t go that well for me, as it felt gelat after 2 pieces. Maybe need to be more spicy?

This dish is so amazing! The combination of ricotta cheese with truffle honey, goes so well with toasted bread. Super addictive, sweet & savory. I feel like I could eat the entire plate as my main dish.

For all of us metric-educated ones, that's a 340 g slab of juicy medium-rare meat right there. The steak had perfect texture and a thick cross section of maroon flesh. Unfortunately, around 10% of my cut of beef was inedible gristle but my dining partner didn't face the same problem.

As for the side dishes, the bone marrow jus was pretty rich and the goat cheese and marscapone polenta was chunky and creamy.

"Ricotta cheese? I can get that in supermarkets for like 4 bucks," the auntie in me called out. But she was quickly smothered in a gratuitous daubing of truffle honey and thick cheese.

Not only does this pure ambrosia perform a perfect marriage of sweet and creamy, it also has playful morsels of salt that tickled my tastebuds when I least expected it.

Trust me when I say it's worth it to get a second helping of that deliciously grilled bread to scrape up every last drop of the cheese (+$6).

Places like Cook & Brew makes me momentarily happy- there is nothing to dislike about one, dinner with a view of our city skyline even though parts would potentially be covered by office skyscrapers. Two, fun sides to pair with a happy hour thatโ€™s almost all night long on weekends (ending at 10pm).

To elaborate on point 2, Iโ€™d recommend the whipped buffalo milk ricotta cheese - thatโ€™s sweetened with truffle honey. I could have the entire jar with grilled bread on its own. The prince Edward black mussels were also deliciously cooked in Asian flavours of Thai green curry, mango chilli and coconut - the sauce should be a sin not to polish with the grilled bread around (if there is not enough this can easily be fixed at $6 for extra slices).
For cleaner tasting sides the tartare of Norwegian salmon is a good option, but how could we forgo the variety of fries on the menu? My family finished the sweet potato and crispy nori fries effortlessly.

Lastly the tomato penne was tasty and comforting to have, if you are not a pasta connoisseur. We would also skip our fried calamari on the next visit for we had better. More interesting fries instead, to pair with drinks please.

The food here is superb and made with quality ingredients with huge portions, and the ambience is posh and chill with a great view of part of the Singapore skyline.

Tender with a slight tang from the orange marinate, the roasted chicken comes with cumin roasted cauliflower, and potatoes tossed in parmesan and herbs to add a fragrance depth to the poultry. The meat leans slightly on the dry side, though saved by a generous drizzle of the savoury pommery chicken jus.

Cook and Brew version of Lobster sandwich. The lobster oozes a refreshing flavour from the see to go with creamy avocado.

Dainty sunny side up quail egg is a treat to the eyes, topped with Ossetra Caviar it tasted like a party in your mouth. Granny Smith Apple added to the sandwich to cut through the rich flavours.

A meal here must always start with this: slices of crusty bread dunked into that cloud-like whipped ricotta drizzled with truffle-infused honey! โค๏ธ

French fries with cheese curds, pulled pork and Magner's cider gravy. ($16) Place is a little too swanky for putting the feet up, but I would gladly change out of my shorts for another taste of this.

Very nicely done & fresh! Love the simple flavors of this dish.

Light as air ricotta with truffle honey & toasted bread with butter. You mix up everything in the pot and then spread it on the bread. Absolutely delish! I would go there just for this!

The newly launched lunch and dinner set menu consists a selection of starters, mains and desserts for S$55++. ๐Ÿด
The dinner menu of mains we had includes the Black Cod, Pappardelle pasta w spicy lamb sausage, Potato & Smoked cheddar perogies as well as this Chicken Pram which is basil breaded and yogurt marinated. ๐Ÿ—

Hawker Burger ($32)
Char Siew-style pork jowl, crispy pork belly, sambal mayonnaise, USDA beef, and served with house-brined sour pickles and fries.
Available in @TheWestinSingapore
Rare to find a burger served with sliced green chilli and some more in a hotel's restaurant. Interesting localized flavours of spicy mayonnaise on the bun and fatty pork belly on top of the usual USDA beef patty.
