Burger King (Compass One)

The filling tasted like teh tarik but it's not a groundbreaking innovation lah.

Just went Burger King for Sengkang to order Matcha Azuki Pie ($1.60). For my first time, they gave me wrong pie (Taro Pie) (last pic) 😒 and just literally pissed off 🥲 finally chat with my foodie friend, I finally got tried Matcha Azuki Pie after tried to takeaway yesterday. My friend told me that its not looked Green at all 😂 and probably lighting issue. So the taste for Pie just a bit Jasmine Green Tea and weird taste for Matcha. It's also couldn't taste much for red bean 🙃

Ordered 2 truffle mushroom beef burger, 4 pc nuggets, chess fries and 2 ice lemon tea for $24 plus. Even my son who loves anything truffles said it was no good. The Truffle taste/smell was barely there. The words he said "taste like milk". The bun was hard, the meat was hard. Disappointment.

Featured here is the Smokey BBQ Tendergrill Chicken Burger which consists of a juicy smoked Tendergrill chicken thigh patty, a layer of crunchy fresh lettuce, savoury turkey bacon and crispy onion rings, all sandwiched between soft and fluffy corn-dusted sourdough buns. The flavour of the burger is further boosted by a generous spread of mayonnaise and BBQ sauce.

Diners can also add more excitement to their meals with delicious Star Buys like Cheesy Fries (S$2.50) and Coke Float (S$2.00 Medium). If you are a beef lover, you can opt for the Smokey BBQ Beef Burger.

The Smokey BBQ Burgers (Chicken or Beef) are available as value meals. Each set starts from S$8.50 and includes a medium pack of thick-cut salted French Fries and a refreshing drink. Do ring in the festive cheer and give these mouthwatering burgers a try!
