Panna Cotta with an Asian twist

Lemongrass panna cotta topped with ginger ice-cream, candied ginger and lemon meringue

The ginger ice-cream somehow toned down the flavour of the lemongrass panna cotta though the candied ginger bitd added a nice touch of sweetness in every spoonfull
.
Perhaps one of better asian inspired dessert I had

- Enjoyed this dish a lot. Soft shell crab and mantous are very crispy. It really goes well with the chili crab tomato sauce.

- So creamy and rich in flavour. Prawn is grilled just nice and had a generous amount of ebiko. Portion was so big and couldn’t finish.

Beef patty was medium rare as requested, and fries were on the blander side. Overall I don’t think it’s anything to rave about so I felt it was not worth the hefty price tag. This + iced oat latte (free upgrade to oat milk) set me back $40.

Bonus: Few min walk away from Paya Lebar MRT station, cosy cafe, instagram worthy…
