aircon is really strong
difficult to get staff's attention
wide variety of sauces and condiments but not constantly topped up
soup base is not very flavourful

Contrary to the earlier review, burpple beyond 1 for 1 is still accepted at this outlet

Went to City Hot Pot at SengKang Grand Mall on November 4, 2023. The staff informed me that they no longer offer the Burple 1-for-1 deal. The 1-for-1 offer is now exclusively available when you sign up for their in-house membership program.

Burple Team, please make the necessary updates.
