grey egg cubes (the color isn’t sus, but i forgot what ingredient makes them like that) in a salty spice blend. texture is similar to a hybrid of tamagoyaki and steamed tofu. think of a firm, sweet steamed egg tofu. i believe the minimum order for this is at least 2 skewers/chuan!!

numbing spicy chicken in sichuan spices coupled with some bits of fried fatty chicken skin and crispy dried chili. wish a few bits of the crispy chicken were less dry tho!!
if u h8 veggies this will convert u i promise. otherwise i can’t help u coz ur gna miss out on this. these chives are fried to perfection, cooked just right w a crunchy texture and sweet aftertaste and wrapped in a savory sauce with some slivers of tender pork meat 😩💗💗
soft eggplant in a rich and fragrant peanut oil x shaoxing wine + spicy soy sauce coupled with a few soft pork ribs. the eggplant was soft and full of flavor and so were the pork ribs, but i wish some of ribs were more consistent n tender, so i would prolly stick to the spicy stir fried eggplant-only instead which is slightly sweeter!
