CNY ain’t complete without a hearty steamboat session with your loved ones!And @chickenrunsg is here to help you with that! Here’s what we tried:
🍲𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐩𝐨𝐭
Savoury with a hint of herbs flavor. Thick and rich broth that pairs really well with a bowl of rice.

Super easy to slurp it all up as the broth was light and very appetising!

The pork ribs were really tender and well-marinated.

A simple dish that’s served with a taste of home! Even the plating reminds me of home-cooked food!

Very fragrant and I love the addition of Tobiko which gives every mouthful a crunchy factor!

Decked with a nice smoky wok-hei flavor.

2nd floor of Paya Lebar Square. Serves decent chicken in pot. Tried all of their mains, ranging from chicken pot to fish pot to curry. Love all of them. Good choice of dinner in rainy nights

Chicken Run serves spicy fusion cuisine such as hot pot that is perfect for the cold monsoon season. They have daily lunch special at a very affordable price which also includes a bowl of rice. Each pot comes with 3 level of spiciness 🌶️🌶️🌶️ and free refill of gravy. It gets really crowded with queues forming up during the lunch hour.

Chicken chunks, tau pok, beancurd and beancurd skin soaked in a the creamy laksa base 》$10.90

Perfect for vegans 🌿 This comes with assorted mushrooms in dark brown sauce, similar to the base used in Chicken Hot Pot 》$9.90
