Even tho the ice has grape juice and is absolutely aromatic, the green grapes were sour and thus overall it's not the best option
Nice chunks of ckn, sauce was quite sweet though and somewhat spicy. Even tho the dish is well executed, it does get abit much from the thick sweet sauce, best to share between 3
Comes w a mini steamed egg
Still the softest ice, and the yoghurt flavour was really good. Unfortunately there's not much else inside but tiny cranberries, so it gets abit boring
The balanced sourness, and the depth, and the creaminess of the yoghurt all stunned me, I never expected the execution to be this good, I think most ppl would assume yoghurt bingsu to be pretty weird
Still worth a try, maybe ask for extra toppings
If you like ligaments this is a joy. I very rarely see dishes that just have this, usually it's in some stew with veggies and meats.
Here you have about 10 huge pieces of ligament, and it's pretty well cooked, very soft. The sliced beef were dry though.
Soup had depth of flavour and thickness, at least relative to Korean beef soups, but the addition of butter was weird
Overall it's a rare treat, you don't see this often. I appreciate it very much
It's decent, a more savoury sour slant, without much sweetness. As such it doesn't feel as deep, but my dining partner liked it
Mango was fresh and sweet, but flavour wise no surprises. It is still very enjoyable, and almost worth the price. There's this refreshing aftertaste, think it's mint
