After my friend saw it back at Eatigo again, he asked me out to try this. The last time we had it was 2 years ago.
We ordered Mac n Cheese ($18), Seafood Pizza ($22), Cheese Fries ($8), Chicken Cheesesteak Sandwich ($15) & Chocolate Lave Cake ($12).
The Mac n Cheese stands out the most with the how cheesy it is and what's more, there is a whole cheese sausage in it. The Cheese Fries & Chicken Cheesesteak Sandwich is average.
What disappoint me was the Seafood Pizza & Chocolate Lava Cake. The Seafood Pizza's dough was hard and dry. It is tough to eat. The Chocolate Lava Cake which is the shop's highlight, was a great disappointment. The Chocolate Lava Cake became smaller than the last time we came and it was served lukewarm instead of pipping hot.
If not for the eatigo discount, I don't think I will come again. In total, we spend $39.94 after eatigo 50% & Friends halalfoodhunt.com 15%.
Hopefully, they will improve their quality of food.
This is a "+2 add-on" to the pasta meal I ordered. This small sized molten lava cake is served warm. The texture of the cake is great - very subtly crispy on the surface, and moist and cakey for the rest of it. The chocolate lava that flows out is of a perfect viscosity and tastes richly chocolatey too. They also serve a regular sized lava cake as a full dessert (better for sharing) at a higher price around SGD$10.

(SGD$9.90 set which includes 1 pasta + 1 drink + 1 mini molten lava cake ) Flavourful garlic-infused aglio olio pasta with colourful bell peppers and juicy onions. These vegetables add a sweet contrast to the savoury spaghetti. Delicious option for a vegetarian pasta meal.

Charlie Brown Cafe, the one and only on our shores has been around for some time if you explored Cineleisure. And it's for a good reason. Their menu offerings improved since the last time we were here, the quality have remained or gotten even better.
The dinner crowd is strong and I suggest a visit if you want to bring back faith in themed cafes. Many tenants come and go at Cineleisure, so we will never know when is our last visit here. But every visit is never a regret.
There wasn't space for dessert as we had sides and a pizza to share among the three of us. But the desserts decorations are centred on the Peanuts gang.

One of their signature dishes, 6 drumlets coated with their special homemade sauce. They were not spicy at all and the sweet and savoury sauce would be suitable for all taste buds!

I ordered Chicken in a Blanket($10.80) and Flat White($4.10). I felt that the pricing was reasonable. The flat white wasn't wow but it was good enough. Chicken in a Blanket consisted of chicken sausages in a soft crepe served with maple syrup and butter. I liked that the sausages were not too salty and that the crepe was soft and fragrant. Ironically the chocolate powder sprinkled for the cartoon designs spoilt the taste of the crepe slightly because it didn't go well with the rest of the dish.
my sister and I got the set meal, i think less than $10, if I remember correctly. Yummm. I would definitely come back for their fried rice and steak.
Seems like the perfect café for us as a couple. I love coffee and he loves comics and we spent an hour there. And ordered coffee and pancakes with the characters drawn on them. Yay! To being a child again. Will recommend this café for being true to the theme. The food and service is fairly mediocre though.
Love the fried rice mixed with the slices of ham, adding the chilly sauce to the rice will spice up a bit. ($14.80)
When Charlie Brown cafe goes halal certified, we went to give it a try. Variety kind of eastern serving. And there's desserts available also.

Charlie Brown chicken rice the chicken is tender and juicy where the skin is really crisp, the rice goes well with the chicken and the Chilli is a little spicy
I decided to date myself out for dinner tonight. Such happy food will cure depressed individuals.
