Found this savory bowl of noodles right above the apple service centre in Changi city point. The meepok was so tangy with the excess vinegar and chili along with those handmade fishballs were something that I desired badly since school started!
I've always loved Thunder Tea Rice (擂茶饭), this was the first time trying the bee hoon (vermicelli) version. Still tasty, crunchy with lots of bite... think I still prefer the brown rice version though, better soaks up the tea-soup :)
