The first thing that stood out for me was that golden caramelised top and unmistakable sweet aroma, almost like butter scotch) when you first open the box.

Even after refrigeration, I was surprised to find that the centre still remained soft, but yet not overly-molten that the slice would collapse.
Take a bite and let that richness and creaminess linger in your mouth. Oh….. The premium French cream used makes this cake creamier than usual as it has a higher fat content as compared to regular whipping cream.
Sweetness has also been scaled down to suit local taste buds. $24 for 5”, $30 for 6”, $38 for 7” Whole cake.

Grilled... out of the Josper oven and expectedly was incredibly fragrant and delicious! The chicken thigh was extremely juicy and fragrant - deeply infused with the char fragrance achieved through the grilling process in the Josper. Other highlights of my garden bowl included an onsen egg which was semi-hidden in the photo here, on a bed of greens - a mix of lettuce and baby spinach. Onsen was done in the perfect, runny state 👌 The accompanying salad dressing (I’ve no idea what it was) was rather unnecessary tho! I found it extremely salty! Otherwise, a fantastic healthy bowl for the hungry tummy.

No one lied. Their pork was really superb. Optimal bite, enough fat, smoky. What spoiled it was the broken egg. They talk up the rice but it's nothing special. I added sauteed zucchini, which was really just cucumber.

Added mala enoki mushroom to the mix that comes with an onsen egg ($13.50)

The Thai inspired salad is tossed with a soya sauce dressing that tasted like fish sauce were added to it too. It even comes with a Thai chilli dip on the side to enjoy the very flavourful pork jowl with.

A delicious healthy-ish lunch option in the CBD.

tried their 18hr Sous-Vide Iberico Jowl ($12) - signature dish made with in-house premium Iberico pork cheek/jowl marinated in the special combination of Thai spices. You can also add on sides ranging from $1-$1.50.

Ordered 1 pork jowl bowl for 2 people to share. Added egg ($1) and beef ($5). The egg was soooo good, the yolk was either too flowy or too firm. Split cost $9 per person. No gst no service charge.
