I can say that not many hotels prioritise the quality of their food, but we we're thoroughly impressed by how nice everything on offer for the lunch buffet was.

I never know there are so much to do during the pre-operation period.
Today 20 ppl are coming for food and drinks tasting.. and everyone was rushing rushing rushing to prepare the necessary stuffs ytd.
The android tablets for showing menu took me a whole day to make it functional and in the end I have no time to practice for my espresso!! Feels emotional, I know I need to help out, but isn't it that I must put my barista job as my priority? I din even get to practice!! Yesterday I had the urge to tell my boss I m not going to make the drinks today as I have no confidence at all but in the end I swallowed the sentence down coz I know they wouldn't understand. They would think I m throwing a fit.
So.. *breathe in, breathe out, in.. out.. I know where to find my comfort. It's the music.. and it calms my soul ~
Now I'm ready to face the day. Go barista-to-be!
