While the lava flowed perfectly, it was more buttery than matcha-y with light matcha flavour (as visible from the yellow-ness rather than green-ness of the lava). That said, it paired really well with the passion fruit sorbet that was sour-sweet with refreshing hints of mint. The gulamelaka and passion fruit mango sorbet while rich with natural flavors (not artificial tasting), was a bit powdery & clumpy in texture that made it somewhat unappetizing

Comes in chic black made from charcoal powder, the softserve also incorporated in osmanthus and gojiberries using molecular techniques to give a refreshing take to our usual ice cream flavours.

It has a charcoal and earl grey/osmanthus soft serve base, a generous sprinkle of osmanthus petals, wolf berries, jelly and cupcake.
Asian fusion just got brought up a notch. Worth a try if you're in the area.
Monster has dreams of flowers and strawberry fields.

While on our weekly jb hopping experience, we chanced upon this new soft serve cafe - @bygrace.trus!

CHARCOAL SOFT SERVE, studded with the pangs of earl grey flavors within. DAMN GOOD. Oh my gosh? There are 5 flavors available (only toppings varies). We went for the Caramel flavor (RM 18.90, S$6.30), with the cotton candy tasting foam, caramel cream atop and salted caramel drizzle, with rice crisps at the bottom! One of the better soft serves I've had since, but it is pretty pricey by jb cafes standards!
