先吃这家最多人推荐的金华鸡饭,不知道老板是不是祖籍金华的
点了一份白鸡、鸡腿位置(记得点餐时强调),再加一份内脏,一共是7.5新币
白鸡鸡腿口感无敌嫩,鸡皮晶莹剔透,鸡肉和鸡饭都非常好吃,价格非常合理,难怪那么多人推荐,真的很惊艳

我们点了烤鸡肉的Taco,7.5新币一份
烤鸡口感挺嫩的,不过调味比较清淡,加一些芝士酱弥补些味道,总体打分三星半偏上吧
第三间我们试了婆婆擂茶饭,擂茶饭通常将擂茶与白米饭或糙米饭混合,配以多种蔬菜,如长豆、菜心等,形成一道营养丰富的主食,整体是非常健康的主食。这家店自己做的辣椒酱很好味道,拌在米饭里很绝
第四间是人气不输鸡饭的泰式印度融合风味的牛肉河粉档口。选用嫩滑的牛肉,与香料和调味料相结合,再加上Q弹有嚼劲的米粉条,真的很难让人不喜欢,总体评分4.5分
第五间是米其林必比登推荐的立兴潮州鱼丸面,以手工制作的鱼圆和独特的干捞面闻名,我们点了一份鱼丸汤+1份猪肉碎拌面,拌面酱很好吃,鱼丸新鲜弹牙,这一份套餐很超值
第六间是炒粿条,没有加猪油渣,看上去味道不错,但实际上味道一般,我吃过比较更好吃的炒粿条
第七间是中华面点,我们今天选的是红油抄手抄手的皮很滑肉馅很香,但是皮稍微有一点厚,总体是很不错的

From 潮粥. The soup displayed the ex-Mott 32 chef's skill. But the fried fish was terrible. There's little meat and the batter was off. I gotta try his porridge next.
I made a point to patronise HaHa Family due to this dish. And I'm so disappointed. I thought scallion oil is a cheat code. But it was quite light and the other ingredients were damn basic.

10 pieces of filling dumplings with savoury marinated meat inside thick and chewy skin that comes with a crispy outer layer. It's good—not too oily, with tender and tasty meat. If only the skin wasn't as thick, it would definitely have a better overall taste.
