They're apparently proud of their kam heong? What's surprising was the slices were fried til crispy and therefore really enjoyable.

Hmm I didn't like it. The coat was executed superbly, but the beancurd inside was dry and bland.

Good but little.

Back to this big brand after many years. I'm reminded why I don't need to patronise. It's a good headliner, but you can get cheaper or better chicken rice elsewhere lah.

Once we are done with our chicken rice, we usually order a bowl of Plain Porridge 白粥($1) to clean off all the dishes (especially the pig’s liver) and the Cantonese-style porridge is very smooth and velvety.
