The sides impressed as well. The crackling skin and succulent flesh of the 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 (4 pcs, $5) were delectable, while the crispy 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘀 (4 pcs, $5) were really enjoyable.

You can’t go wrong with the 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲 ($7) either. The slices of beef tendon were deftly executed and the broth had a robust beefy flavour that pleased the palate.

The 𝗧𝗼𝗺 𝗬𝘂𝗺 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲 (Pork $6, Beef $7) replaced the dark coloured broth with a reddish one. Possessing sour and spicy notes, this is ideal for those seeking a fiery kick.
