[CLOSED] Birdcage Bistro

While exploring Seletar Aerospace Hub, we came across this bistro which unit is one of the colonial houses along Old Birdcage Walk, just off Piccadilly Road, that has that pink Burpple sign! We ordered Waffle Fries with Jalapeño Cheese Sauce, Curry Fries, Fish and Chips, as well as Prawn Aglio Oilo. We love those waffle fries as it's crispy on the outside, yet soft and fluffy potato in the inside. Same goes to the fish. Great frying skills! You gonna love this place if you are exploring/ chillaxing around this area. Perhaps we would prefer softer shoestring fries, but for those who like hard ones, these would be perfect!

Essentially the spicy omelette equivalent of receiving full marks for the MCQ section of a Primary Four science paper. 3.8/5

The prawns probably just returned from Arendale/were hit by a Shiva summon or Blizzaga spell prior to entering the frying pan, whilst elsewhere the (chilli) seedy pasta were happily enjoying a lazy, limp Sunday. 3.4/5
