this tze char store is my family's favourite whenever we crave for some juicy & fresh crab! can only speak for the few dishes we frequently order (fried mantou, salted egg crab & cereal prawn) but the seafood is really delicious (:
they give a generous portion of prawns, topped off with an equally generous mountain of crispy and sweet cereal. the prawn is huge and would definitely fill you up!
the star of the show would be the salted egg crab. regardless of how many tze char stores we've tried, my family stands by the crab from this store! the sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and salty, complementing the firm yet substantial crab meat.
they are always super full and we can definitely understand why it is so popular!
Seafoody treasure pot - abalone, prawns, sea cucumber, fish mall layered above roast pork belly, chicken and fried yam. Loadsa cabbage to go along with it too, aside from broccoli and mushroom. To be honest, nothing particularly fantastic - each item tasted as what it should taste like.
😂Haha I was shock first by its looks then by its price. It's wasn't quite the way I imagined garlic pork ribs to be like when I ordered. Was suppose to be dry? Haha but oh well, aside its looks, it was awesome.😊 its was soft and tender and the marination was some good work!👍🏻 it's just located outside of NTU next to the Nanyang CC! If you have a group of friends, it worth while to dine in. Legit price for the other dishes! If you like I can post a few more that I had!😋

Worth the calories? I thought it was rather good and was the highlight of my dinner as a virgin nights out from school.

At first I thought it was special because of the nachos spread. However, when you really dine in it you could not really taste much of it. The taste of the braised sauce had completely overwhelmed any cheese taste. Though you would always eat the top part first to eat it with the cheese😋.

The venison and sambal kang kong here is nothing to rave about but the crab here was really big and fresh! Black pepper packed plenty of kick and was damn shiok!
Big Eater Seafood is more famously known for their salted egg yolk crabs. But you have to order their Sambal Kang kong too. The stems are cooked longer so not as crunchy and the sambal sauce is very flavorful. Not your usual dish served with a layer of oil. Hidden gem!
