Had a Chocolate Soufflé at popular dessert chain, Bakerzin at Tampines 1 while waiting for my cast to turn up. Came with ice-cream and pretty decent but it's making me crave Laurent Bernardier's one again!
Decently hard crust with high quality lotus paste. light and not too oily.
Relatively large slice of cake, thought it was pretty good. Taste was quite a good balance of alcohol and wasn't overly sweet.
Their pastas are not bad but I'm quite appalled by their charging of 30c per glass of water and not allowing free refill -.-
Prawn flower clams and squid in tomato sauce.
