I was hoping a stall as authentic as this would deliver great lechon. The pork wasn't bad and the skin was crackling, but it wasn't pungent enough. On a side note, the tangy soup and the chilli were great accompaniments.
This is my 3rd time eating here in a month and standard has been pretty consistent so far! The noodles are perfectly cooked and springy, there was enough sauce to coat all the noodles and the lard was still very fragrant and crispy! I felt that the chilli is not spicy enough, but after asking to add more vinegar in the noodles, the noodles were perfect for me ❤️ Ordered takeaway for their noodle soup, and felt that the soup was on the light side (not sure if it’s because I bought at 10am) and I didn’t quite like the taste of the noodles in the soup. Think I’ll still stick to the dry version ☺️

Filipino style fried chicken. This was the max fried chicken combo meal ($9.40).
For the price point, i thought it was slightly too expensive with only one chicken drumstick. The fried chicken was also tooo fried and dry for me and the marination for chicken wasnt strong enough for me. but the thick cut fries were alright with the accompanying dip. Liked that they had the option for iced lemon tea!
Perhaps one can try the other combo meals instead if you are here! Heard the korean style and american style fried chicken are good!

猴菇兰花香饭
Monkey Head Mushroom Brown Rice was nicely prepared.
Looked simple yet flavourful.
Highly recommended!
From Chick Point basement of Lucky Plaza.
Takeout version for this period.
Item #5 with fluffy rice.
Signature crackling skin, very tender pork and really match well with the sauce.
Indulgence experience.
Ee mian ($4.50) was generous in portion and ingredients. However, soup was really salty.
