Their version is filled with ham, sautéed mushrooms, cheese and top with tomato fondue, along with 2 homemade toast. It's kinda like a giant omalate actually.. The dish is refreshing and expertly cooked.. Got the very atas feel.. Idea for egg lovers! Unfortunately for me, I still prefer the good old fashion scramble egg!
7/10 😬
Really strong and rich with a traditional matcha aftertaste. The pancake is firm.. Not too soft or hard and there's a slight crunch with every bite.. It was perfectly executed. I then proceed to mix with their maron (chestnut) cream... WOW!! I was speechless! It was so good! The chestnut cream really compliment the matcha flavor.. Maybe slightly overpowering (or sweet) for matcha lovers, but I find it just nice.. This is really a perfect blend between the two and to me, a winning combination! Go try it! The matcha menu is only for a limited time, so hurry..! 8/10👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Inspired by the vivid flora and colours, Chef Pang Kok Keong introduces 5 brand new creations.
Pictured: the gleaming Pistachio-hued Summer (raspberry mousse containing pistachio bavarois, forest berries jelly, pistachio sponge), Lemon Meringue (lemon mousse, praline bavarois, lemon confit, Italian meringue, cocoa sponge, finger sponge, kirsch, lemon marmalade and praline feuilletine), and decadent Orangette (ark chocolate mousse, chocolate genoise with grand marnier, orange marmalade, and orange praline feuilletine).
Only they know best! 😊💕 great way to end the work week with my favourite!! Aromatic, fragrant tea with pretty tea cups and pots that will instantly make me happy and light up! Hehe😊😋 #tea #fancy #teasets #antoinette #tgif
Affordable, classy and delicious. Located at Erskine road, being a new part of the famous boutique hotel, Scarlet, this Antoinette branch is cosy and beautifully decorated. The desserts are all petite and pretty to look at. I had the Viennese Chocolate which tasted really bitter. Despite being served with cream, it was thick and pretty bitter. Not my type of chocolate I guess. The meringue was big and took me a while to finish. It was a mess. Of sugar and laughter.
