Their version is filled with ham, sautéed mushrooms, cheese and top with tomato fondue, along with 2 homemade toast. It's kinda like a giant omalate actually.. The dish is refreshing and expertly cooked.. Got the very atas feel.. Idea for egg lovers! Unfortunately for me, I still prefer the good old fashion scramble egg!
