Fluffy's passionfruit lemon jelly and strawberry crémeux does little to cut through the richness of the vanilla white chocolate mousse. It becomes difficult to finish for one person after a third because of how rich the mousse is. However, each component was executed well - just lacking in the balance with the flavours that end up being masked by the richness of the white chocolate.
La Rose is the best dessert for pictures, but I personally thought it looked better than it tasted since it just left the impression of a typical dark chocolate cake. With that said, I think Antoinette still held its dignity with the separate components that make up the cakes, as well as their delivery on presentation.
Double Prawn Linguine ($28.00) that consists of lobster, and linguine soaked in prawn bisque with spicy shrimp floss, Ebi sakura, and ebiko as a garnish. Rich in flavor and luxurious!
Family’s favourite cake ♥️ it’s the perfect mix of texture, nuts, rum and dark chocolate.
Eggs were done right, salad side is ok but I thought the ham was too porky.
Parisian Gnocchi was similar to carbonara, but somehow I didn’t really enjoy the gnocchi. Surprisingly preferred the double prawn linguine. Portion seemed small but dishes were pretty heavy so they were still filling. Quiet place to chill on a Friday evening. 😌
I just received some Valentine's Day cake from Antoinette this afternoon, and they are very good. I'm glad that I shared some of them with my colleagues, they loved it too and some are trying to get their bfs to buy for them 😉

Pictured are:
* The White Swan ($15, cover photo). Within the chantilly cream exterior is light and fluffy cheese mousse layered with brown butter sponge fingers, rum, yuzu crémeux, caramelized apple with almond crumble sablé for some crunch.
* Teddy ($12, second photo) - airbrushed chocolate on the exterior with almond sablé on the exterior, and within the bear is layers of mango mousse sponge fingers, jasmine crémeux with walnut nougatine.
* Melonova ($12, third photo). Hazelnut dacquoise is stacked with layers of rose petal mousseline and refreshing strawberry jelly, cozied around with a thin sheet of pink chocolate and topped off with freshly cut watermelon and strawberry, Iranian pistachio and a sprinkle of dried rose petals.
* La Rose Blanc ($15, fourth photo). Delicate gold flakes atop white petals of chantilly cream which covers vanilla and white chocolate mousse, layered with Kirsch-soaked sponge fingers, strawberry crémeux, pistachio nougatine with strawberry marmalade.

$8 & $7.50 | Moroccan Mint is slightly strong. Matcha Cafe Latte is literally matcha milk and latte.
Because is Singapore National’s Day, so we went all local on our choice. I like the fact that it ain’t too sweet for my liking but if you’re looking to have a taste of the authentic “orh nee” favour, you will not be able to get it at all. All we could taste is the slight yam taste and that’s all about it.
But if you love chocolate, go for Le Royal. It’s damn bloody good with the crust of the hazelnut crushed base. It’s so yummy!
First time trying red wine sauce and I have to say it was quite nice but not outstanding in my opinion
Pricy but delicious. The chestnut cream, vanilla crème chantilly and my favourite part, the almond tart base. Just perfect!
I've been to Antoinette twice, once to the Penhas Road outlet and once to the Mandarin Gallery outlet! Both outlets are extremely pretty and grand. It's really quiet and has good service too, so perfect for a luxurious afternoon tea 😛
I've never really tried their main dishes so can't comment on that, but their desserts are always A+ 😋 I've tried the Salted Egg Croissant, Mont Blanc, Kyoto (Green Tea), Chloe (Yuzu), Milk Chocolate Mousse, and Passionfruit Green Tea. Everything was delicious, but would really recommend the Milk Chocolate Mousse! Creamy, sweet and rich. I really liked Chloe as well, because I enjoy the refreshing taste of yuzu. My mum loved the croissant because she just loves croissant in general 😂
The tea that I originally wanted wasn't available that day, but passionfruit green tea was pretty good anyway because it balanced the sweetness of the cakes.
Prices are definitely high, but the desserts can be quite sinful anyway so you can share with your friends/family ☺️
Very intense and flavorful fillings.
Favourites include the signature "Antoinette" which comprises milk chocolate and Earl Grey tea as well as the salted caramel "Brittany" macaron. 😋

Thought it would be one of those overpriced hyped up dishes but it turned out to be a pile of savoury goodness. Huge slab of fried chicken with a thin crisp slice of luncheon meat topped w a sunny side up would satisfy meat lovers. It’s almost like having your favorite nasi lemak with a higher meat to rice ratio. Would have been perfect if the sambal chili was a tad spicier.
Generous portion, lovely and delicious pasta and fresh seafood...what can go wrong? Absolutely nothing.
This Kale is really awesome! The quality of the food here is really wonderful! Great balance of kale, butternut Squash, salted fish dressing and garlic croutons!
$8.50
Very generous portion of this chestnut dessert. However, found it a touch heavy and I think the dish could do with some brighter elements as currently, its pretty well executed but better as a shared dish than for 1 person due to the dense ingredients.
Antoinette is a very nice, quiet place along Orchard road for a date or meetup with friends though.
