I must say that both @alferogelato and @apiary.sg serves the best #Pistachio in my opinion.

If you prefer the really thick, super creamy, authentic Italiano style with pistachio bits. Alfero is definitely the go to, I’m so glad they open a store inside NTUC finest @parkwayparadesg so convenient for me.

【Apiary】
My long over dues spot has finally completed my night with great satisfaction and stolen heart. 😍 The Icecream were so rich, thick and creamy - everything I asked for. I love the rich prominent Matcha and bitter after taste. As a matcha lover, this is probably the level 1 intensity and I could go a little more intense. Surprisingly, Black Sesame became the star of the night, the grainy texture with a rich and robust sesame taste was soooo delightful - SO DAMN GOOD! I will definitely be back for more, I just can’t get enough!

Melting Chocolate cake served with Coconut Sorbet was delightful! The chocolate was rich and thick, and the coconut was just damn coconuty! Love it!

【Alfero Gelato】
There’s always room for gelato! My all-time favourite is always Pistachio and @alferogelato has the creaminess, rich, thick and the smoothness gelato. I would definitely consider the best Pistachio in Singapore. Oh! The best news is it’s 96% fat free as compare to normal ice cream as their gelato only contains 2-9% fat. So it’s definitely “somewhat” guilt-free! 😋

Roasted pistachio is one the favourite option, not only that I heard that it’s one of the favourite flavor. I’m a big fan is pistachio when comes to gelato.

You can never go wrong with chocolate, and I love it when it’s dark and intense! This shop does these flavour on point!

Stumbled upon this pastry shop after my lunch at Kan Sushi, had a taste of freshly baked cheese tart and it blew my mind! I was shocked that it actually taste less sweet than the famous BAKE cheese tart and the best thing was IT’s STILL WARM! 😋

This place is a little overrated with the long queue I must say.

Though I must admit the smell of the freshly-made-infused-thyme come ($1) was really aromatic and lured you to get one, the gelato was just all right. It was too milky and lack in flavour.

However, if you’re someone who doesn’t like intense flavour this would definitely be a go to place for you. 😊

【Durian Puff】
Honestly, I don’t fancy durian as much as other would crave and fight during the seasonal period. I had a piece of this only before it was freshly baked by my friend @jaydenkohjh who is currently the pastry chef of this vendor, with no regrets! This don’t look like much but I was blown away by the intense flavour of the king of fruit and this is definitely not made by those “cheap” puree. I was damn impressed with the generous amount of filling in the puff. These pack of 6 would only cost SGD 15. Totally worth it! 👍🏻

If you love intense taste of matcha, this would be the only place in Singapore. They have 3 intensity range of matcha, and I went for the no.2 intensity. AND IT WAS PERFECT! The taste of the matcha was just right and wasn’t too overpowering nor lack of taste, a perfect matcha to end my night. .

What’s your favourite flavour soft serve? I personally love matcha but I have been craving for a good milk ice cream ever since my return from Kiwi.
