Earl grey was strong, carrot cake was nicely dense with quite a few nuts and dried fruits inside.

But they didn't work tgt at all, maybe that's why they were presented separately in the first place

Passable, basil was quite mild

The steak was chewy but still acceptable. The tomato and garlic cheese w ciabatta bread was quite good though.

This one was quite bland overall

The cavatelli has quite some bite and good chew but abit bland on its own, the pumpkin puree was decent if abit mild. Tiger prawn was spectacular, it's well brined, very umami and has a good smokiness

Pretty good too, the duck is slightly bland but the beans were very flavourful from duck jus presumably
