Amazing Hoki

Got cheese green tea which was a nice mix of sweet and salty, my only gripe was that it is tough to enjoy such drinks on a straw.

Toa Payoh has the most number of bubble tea shops that I have ever seen in a neighbourhood. Amazing Hoki being one of them, has its own bold creations to offer despite not being at the most prominent location as its competitors. You gotta walk a distance to locate it.

Boasting of its potent antioxidants for health benefits, the purple romance made using butterfly pea flower and lemonade was a refreshing choice for me on that scorching hot day to quench my thirst. However, for those who do not enjoy the lemon acidity, this might not be the one for you.

The brown sugar drinks series comprised of the fresh milk, matcha milk and cocoa milk. While the matcha milk that we had was pretty ordinary with a balance between the bitterness and sweetness, the chewy pearls coated in the sweet caramelized brown sugar sauce were worth mentioning.

Got the Honey Yuzu Green Tea - refreshing, with yuzu bits and not too sweet! Absolutely loved the drink, and owner is friendly as well :) will be back again

Was honestly surprised with the texture of the boba as it’s my first time trying this place!! The matcha one was not bad but I feel that the matcha flavour could be more distinct and if I were to get it again in the future, I would probably reduce the sweetness even further. My cousins said the milk tea was good and fragrant, and didn’t have the artificial taste that some milk teas might have. Their delivery was also quite fast so the pearls were not solid or clumped together. 👌👌👌
